By using POCODA, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

POCODA provides online document printing and related utility services. Users may prepay for service credits which can be used to place print orders at supported print locations.

Prepaid Credits

• Credits are prepaid service credits, not a bank wallet.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• Credits can only be used within the platform for printing services.

Payments

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. Successful payment results in crediting service credits to the user account.

Printing Responsibility

Print jobs are executed by partner print locations. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for physical printer malfunctions, paper jams, or power failures.

Failed Services

In case of failed or incomplete printing, users may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Use

• Illegal or copyrighted content without permission
• Malicious files or misuse of the platform

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
