Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where printing services fail or are not delivered as expected.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are primarily issued as service credits.
  • In select cases, refunds may be processed to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully completed print jobs
  • User errors such as wrong file upload
